WE SELL ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. WHILE YOU WERE IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT, ANOTHER CLIENT MAY HAVE COMPLETED THE PURCHASE OF THE LAST AVAILABLE ITEM. 

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR ORDERS? 
ALL ORDERS ARE CUSTOM WRAPPED IN SIGNATURE PACKAGING & SHIPPED SECURELY IN A CARDBOARD BOX. WE OFFER COMPLIMENTARY EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS. 

OUR WAREHOUSES ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY AS ORDERS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED OUT ON THOSE DAYS. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION & TRACKING NUMBER FROM UPS.  

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS
